Effective for orders placed through ExtraordinaryViews.online.
Personalised creative services
ExtraordinaryViews creates bespoke songs, artwork, slideshows, music videos and business music from information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings and important facts in their brief and at approval stages.
Approvals
Lyrics are approved before music production. After the song is produced, lyrics, melody and arrangement are not revised or rewritten.
Where a video is included, a storyboard is approved before video production. After the video is produced it is not remade.
A change of story, style or pictures after the relevant approval is a new paid project, not a revision.
If we make a mistake
If we miss a name, date or fact that was clearly set out on the approved lyric sheet or storyboard, tell us. We will do our best to make it right. That commitment is for our errors against the approved materials. It is not a change-of-mind remake of a finished song or video.
Why finished work is locked
Open-ended changes after production are not offered. That protects the finished work and every customer waiting in the queue.
Timing
Standard production of the song is normally approximately 5–7 days once the information needed to begin has been received and lyrics are approved. Video production follows storyboard approval and is confirmed per order. Priority and rush services are subject to availability.
Personalised and digital orders
Because services and physical products may be personalised, cancellation rights can differ from ordinary goods. Where digital supply or personalised production is requested to begin early, checkout will ask for the appropriate acknowledgement before work begins.
Customer-supplied material
You must have permission to supply and use photographs, video, audio, logos and other material provided for your project.
It’s your song — licence and copyright
ExtraordinaryViews retains copyright in the lyrics, musical composition and sound recording.
Personal customers are granted a worldwide, ongoing, non-exclusive personal-use licence in the delivered song and recording. Personal use includes private and family playback; weddings, parties, memorials and other personal events; and posting on the customer’s own social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and personal YouTube).
The personal licence does not include selling the song, licensing it to others, or using it in advertising, branding, shops, radio, or other commercial campaigns.
Commercial use
Business/commercial packages are intended for agreed commercial uses. The exact permitted use should be confirmed with the selected package or quotation. Exclusive rights or an assignment of copyright are available only if agreed in writing and paid for.
Governing law
These terms are intended to operate under the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer in their location.
