Information used to make your project

We may need contact details, order information, story questionnaires, private notes, photographs, videos, audio references and other material you choose to provide so we can create and deliver your order.

After completion

Private creative material supplied specifically for production is deleted after the project and reasonable support/retention period, unless there is a legitimate or legal reason to retain particular information. The exact live retention period will be stated before launch.

Your account

Your ExtraordinaryViews account is not automatically deleted when a project finishes. It may retain order history, completed products, artwork, messages and tracking. You may request account closure, subject to transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal records that must or may be retained.

Advertising permission

Buying a service does not automatically give ExtraordinaryViews permission to publish your private photographs, family stories or finished project in advertising. Separate permission will be requested if we would like to feature your work.

Service providers

When the live service is connected, selected payment, authentication, hosting, delivery and fulfilment providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their part of the service. The live policy will identify the relevant providers.
