Tip: ordinary details make songs personal — nicknames, sayings, funny habits, favourite places, little memories and things only your family or friends would recognise.

The Story Helper does not write your song. It helps collect your information. Our lyricist personally reads what you send and writes your original lyrics from your story. You then review and approve the lyrics before your song is created and recorded.

Your account remains available after your order is complete unless you request closure. Private creative materials are removed according to our retention policy after the project/support period, except records we must or are permitted to retain.

6. Review Before Checkout

I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
I request that personalised/digital production may begin before the end of any applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that my cancellation rights may be affected once supply begins.

Revisions: At the relevant approval stage you can approve the lyrics or, for video projects, the song preview, or request one revision round for £10. Corrections needed solely because we made an error against clearly supplied information are not charged as a customer revision.
